Purpose:

This policy establishes clear expectations and guidelines for all readings conducted by Veronica Lomeli. It aims to ensure a respectful, safe, and meaningful experience for both the client and the medium.

The information shared during a reading is based on the medium's interpretation of their connection with Spirit. Accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduling and Payment:

Readings are by appointment only.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Conduct During the Reading:

The client and the medium must maintain a respectful and open-minded attitude.
The client is encouraged to come prepared with any specific questions or areas of focus.
The Medium will do her best to connect with Spirit and relay any messages received.
The medium reserves the right to end a reading anytime if the energy is not conducive to a productive session.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during a reading is strictly confidential.
The medium will not disclose personal information about the client without explicit consent.

Liability:

The medium is not liable for any actions or decisions the client makes based on the information received during a reading.

By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to its terms.

Additional Considerations:

Age Restrictions: The client must be at least 18 or older.
Recording Policy: The client can record the reading if desired.
